IT firm Zylog Systems has reported a consolidated net loss at Rs 91.63 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, 2013.
The city-based company had reported net profit at Rs 21.48 crore registered in the corresponding period of previous year.
For the six month period ending September 30, the net loss of the company stood at Rs 124.15 crore as against Rs 77.41 crore registered during the same period of previous year.

For the year ending March 31, 2013 the net profit stood at Rs 115.32 crore.
Total income for the quarter ending September 30,declined to Rs 529.68 crore from Rs 612.97 crore.
For the six month period ending September 30, 2013, the total income from operations slipped to Rs 1,039.83 crore from Rs 1,251.69 crore.
For the year ending March 31, 2013 the total income from operations stood at Rs 2,499.64 crore, it said.
Shares of the company declined by 4.95% to close at Rs 15.75 apiece on the BSE.
