Bajaj Holdings trims stake in Force Motors to over 9%

Company's shares today closed at Rs 1,318.25 apiece on the BSE, up 0.25% from previous close

Bajaj Holdings and Investment Ltd, the holding company of the Bajaj Group, has offloaded over 2% stake in Pune-based Force Motors for Rs 13.29 crore.

In a regulatory filing to the BSE today, Bajaj Holdings said it has sold 2,67,275 shares of Force Motors between July 14 and July 23, representing 2.03% stake.

After the stake sale, Bajaj's stake in Force Motors has come down to 9.01% from the earlier, down from 11.04% earlier.

Force Motors sells a range of vehicles, including small commercial vehicles, multi-utility vehicles (MUVs), light commercial vehicles, sports utility vehicles (SUVs) and agricultural tractors.
