10 intruders to be deported to Bangladesh tomorrow

The decision to deport the intruders was taken by the Union Home Ministry

Ten Bangladeshi infiltrators, currently lodged at a jail at Silchar, will be sent back to their country on October 13, the Deputy Commissioner of Assam's Chachar district, S Vishwanathan, said on Wednesday.

The decision to deport the intruders was taken by the Union Home Ministry, which has agreed for the repatriation to take place at 10 am tomorrow via the Indo-Bangladesh border at Karimganj, said Vishwanathan.

According to the source, the Karimganj Superintendent of Police will also co-ordinate in the deportation process.
