23 die in bus accident

A bus fell on the edge of a Himalayan river in Himachal Pradesh's tribal Kinnaur district killing 23 and injuring 20. Police said the toll could rise.

"Twenty-three people have been killed and 20 injured," a spokesman of the state government said.
