5.2 intensity quake hits region along Indo-Pak border in J&K

The quake occurred at 1.34 PM at the depth of 10 kms, according to the National Centre for Seismology.

A medium intensity earthquake measuring 5.2 on the Richter scale today shook the border region of Jammu and Kashmir.

However, there were no immediate reports of loss to life and property in the quake which was epicentred around 62 km from Muzaffarabad in PoK.

The quake occurred at 1.34 PM at the depth of 10 kms, according to the National Centre for Seismology, a unit under the Ministry of Earth Sciences.
