Prime Minster Narendra Modi said on September 24 that the ruling Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) would be the instrument for changing Kerala's fortunes.
Addressing the BJP National Council here, the Prime Minister said, "The destiny of Kerala will change (for the better) and the BJP will be the instrument to bring the change."
He also said the BJP has become the world's largest political party.
