A notable feature of what could be the penultimate cabinet reshuffle of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s National Democratic Alliance (NDA) cabinet is that it was limited to BJP ministers alone. The NDA allies, at least those present at the swearing in ceremony, were onlookers.
