On any normal night, the headquarters of the Central Bureau of Investigation  (CBI) is steeped in silence with only alert sentries of the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) seen guarding the imposing building here. Tuesday night was different. Around 10 pm, teams of about 15-16 officers entered the compound in Innova and Ertiga vehicles, sources said.
