The union home ministry on Wednesday announced its fifth set of guidelines listing activities allowed outside containment zones for the coronavirus outbreak. The ban on international air travel continues and states will be allowed to decide if "cultural/ religious/ political functions" can have more than 100 attendees—a significant easing of rules as Bihar campaigns for assembly elections.

Here is what is allowed and what is not, according to the ministry's press release:
