The Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIM-A)'s Centre for Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship (CIIE) incubatee Gridle has bagged the Hot100 technology award from CIO-Choice in association with KPMG and Netmagic for 2014.

A cloud-based productivity platform defining the future of teamwork, Gridle combines the ease of task management with rich functionality and thus eliminates the complexity of multiple platforms. Through its product, Gridle offers integration with Skype and Dropbox and provides file storage and sharing, instant messaging and video conferencing.

Gridle bagged the award at an event that showcased the leading tech companies developing solutions in internet of things, wearable technologies and software as a service leveraging cloud for different business verticals.

Founded in November 2013, Gridle has since been incubated at CIIE, IIMA. It has gradually evolved as a platform for productivity and teamwork. Earlier this year, Gridle became an IBM partner company and a member of Microsoft BizSpark and SAP startup focus.
