India and Pakistan on Monday crossed swords at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) over alleged spy Kulbhushan Jadhav's case, with New Delhi demanding the immediate suspension of Jadhav's death sentence and Islamabad calling India's application "unnecessary" and "misconceived".
