As per the official sources of the Indian Railways Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC), Indian Railways cancelled a total of 214 trains on Tuesday, September 13. A total of 354 trains have been affected today till noon, which includes 214 cancelled, 39 source-change, 39 short-terminated, 17 rescheduled and 45 diverted trains.
