Climate finance isn't charity, says India's environment minister at COP26

Non-banking financial company Five Star Business Finance has filed preliminary papers with markets regulator Sebi to raise up to Rs 2,752 crore through an initial public offering. The IPO is an entirely an offer for sale (OFS) by existing shareholders and promoter group entities, PTI reported citing the company's offer documents.
