India logs 10,649 new Covid cases, 36 deaths in 24 hrs

India on Wednesday reported 10,649 new Covid cases, taking the nation's tally of coronavirus infections to 44,368,195. With 36 new deaths, including four more reconciled by Kerala, India's toll from the pandemic has reached 527,452. India's tally of cured Covid cases reached 43,744,301, after 10,677 people recovered from the infection in the last 24 hours.
