China says conducted military exercise around Taiwan to warn US
China's military said it recently conducted an exercise around Taiwan as a "solemn warning" against its "collusion" with the United States, Chinese state media reported.
President Joe Biden during the Quad summit on Tuesday said the US would get involved militarily if China were to attack Taiwan.
But he said on Tuesday there was no change to the US policy.
The Chinese People's Liberation Army's Eastern Theatre Command said it had recently carried out a patrol and drill in the airspace and sea around Taiwan.

India records 2,124 new cases of Covid; active tally at 14,971
India on Wednesday reported 2,124 new cases of Covid-19, taking the total caseload to 43,142,192. With 17 new deaths in the country, India's Covid death toll jumped to 524,507.
India's active cases stand at 14,971 with net increase of 130.
Meanwhile, 1,977 people recovered from the Covid-19 disease on Wednesday, taking the tally of cured cases to 42,602,714.
