Maharashtra CM to lay foundation stone of Bhel plant in Mundipar today

The plant will come up on 472 acre of land with a production capacity of one lakh tonnes per annum

Maharashtra Chief Minister Prithiviraj Chavan will lay the foundation stone of power equipment fabrication plant of Bharat Heavy Electricals (BHEL) tomorrow at Mundipar in neighbouring Bhandara district. The plant will come up on 472 acre of land with a production capacity of one lakh tonnes per annum. It will manufacture sub-critical and super critical boiler pressure parts, piping system, deaerators and pressure receivers.
