Modi recalled his previous Mann Ki Baat on farmers misfortune due to untimely rains, observing that nature's fury continued.

Giving example of India's humanitarian efforts, the PM spoke of war torn Yemen and how a week old child was saved. "In my recent foreign visits, india was congratulated for the rescue effort in Yemen."

The PM wrapped up his monthly discourse on All India Radio and Doordarshan by listing out some of his achievements such as getting land for Babasaheb Ambedkars museum and pledge to eradicate manual scavenging.
