Delhi government will implement a weekly action plan under which city roads will be repaired by the MCD, PWD and other civic agencies every week, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said on Friday.
According to an official notification, roads in the city need the attention of concerned agencies like the Public Works Department (PWD), Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD), and New Delhi Municipal Committee (NDMC).

The Supreme Court on Friday granted interim bail to Alt News' co-founder Mohemmad Zubair in the case registered against him in Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh. The Alt News co-founder was granted bail on the condition that he will not post any fresh tweets on the issue related to the case and not leave jurisdiction of the Sitapur Magistrate's court, reports ANI.
The top court directed that Zubair shall not tamper with electronic evidence in Bengaluru or anywhere else.
The apex court has also issued notice to the UP police on Zubair's plea challenging the Allahabad High Court order.

Liu Jiancho, the head of the International Liaison Department of the Chinese Communist Party, will arrive in Kathmandu on Sunday on a four-day visit, as part of his party's bid to expand influence by developing party-to-party relations with Nepali political parties.
Liu is scheduled to hold a series of meetings with leaders from both the ruling and opposition parties of Nepal, according to sources at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Besides political party leaders, Liu, who holds a ministerial rank in the CCP, will be holding meetings with Nepali President Bidya Devi Bhandari and Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba during the upcoming visit, media reports said.

According to non-profit '5G for 12 GHz Coalition', SpaceX submitted a "manipulated filing" in the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC), to prove the expanded 5G usage would lead to substantial interference, while there is no risk of harmful interference alongside 5G.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has expressed deep distress at the attack on former Japanese PM Shinzo Abe, who is in a critical condition after being shot during a campaign speech on Friday in western Japan.
Abe was airlifted to a hospital but he was not breathing and his heart had stopped, officials in Japan said.
"Deeply distressed by the attack on my dear friend Abe Shinzo. Our thoughts and prayers are with him, his family, and the people of Japan," Modi tweeted.

A total of 6,159 pilgrims left the Bhagwati Nagar Yatri Niwas here in a convoy of 249 vehicles amid heavy security of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), they said.
