The Supreme Court asked Sahara group chief Subrata Roy to deposit Rs 5,092 crore by April 7 if he wished to not return to prison, from where he was released on parole last year.
Only if he deposits a “substantial” amount, will the court will consider extending his parole, now extended till April 17.
