Rajiv Vastupal, chairman and managing director of Ahmedabad-based Rajiv Petrochemicals Pvt Ltd has become the chairman of Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) - Gujarat State Council.
Talking about his appointment, Vastupal stated that FICCI had been thought leader for industry, its voice for policy change and its guardian for effective implementation.
"My aim as chairman of FICCI Gujarat State Council is to render useful services to business and the government by capacity building, thought leadership, state level reforms and expanding reach in the core competent sectors of the state," he said. Vastupal is CMD of Rajiv Petrochemicals Pvt Ltd, a flagship company of Team Rajiv.
