According to real estate consulting firm CBRE South Asia Pvt Ltd, the residential real estate is showing the much-awaited signs of recovery and metro cities like Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad and Bengaluru are witnessing an increase in quarterly new launches in Q1 2019.

The growth in the residential market is credited to the surge in activity in the mid-end segment followed by affordable and high-end projects.

Apart from policy reforms like RERA and GST aimed at bringing transparency in residential real estate, the current progress is also led by proactive and customer-centric efforts undertaken by real estate developers.
