In a relief to thousands of students, the Supreme Court on Friday allowed candidates above 25 years of age to appear for the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), for this year, with the approval of Medical Council of India.
The final date for filling of forms has also been extended till April 5. Earlier, March 1 was the last date for the NEET online application. Exams will be conducted on May 7 as usual.
