The Supreme Court today refused to give an urgent hearing on a plea for restraining N Srinivasan from taking up the post of the chairman of ICC executive board.

A bench headed by Justice Vikramajit Sen said that there is no urgency for hearing the case and it will be taken up after the vacation.

The court was hearing an application filed by Cricket Association of Bihar, alleging that Srinivasan, against whom the apex court had ordered inquiry, be not allowed to take up the ICC post.
