	The suggestion was given by the Human Resource Development (HRD) Ministry to avoid delays in counseling for admissions to centrally funded technical institutes through Joint Entrance Examination.</p>

	Delay in declaring results by state boards this year had led to the postponement of the counseling for admission to NITs, IITs and other centrally funded technical institutes.</p>
