Director General of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), Shekher Mande, on Wednesday said the Indian Council of Medical Research's (ICMR) conclusion of hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) having no major side-effects in the treatment of Covid-infected patients should be trusted.
