UP allows Bajaj Hindusthan to export alcohol

The order would be applicable to its four units located in Lakhimpur Kheri, Saharanpur and Meerut districts of UP

The Uttar Pradesh government has allowed Bajaj Hindusthan to export alcohol to other countries in the 2014-15 season.

The order would be applicable to its four units located in Lakhimpur Kheri, Saharanpur and Meerut districts of UP, a state government communiqué said here on Tuesday.

These units have been allowed to export between 5 and 7.7 million of bulk litres of rectified spirit/Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA).

Any prospective export would be within the installed capacity of these units during the alcohol year.
