Eyeing the 1.8 million strong north Indian vote bank in Mumbai, 'Fourth Front' leaders Mulayam Singh Yadav, Lalu Prasad and Ram Vilas Paswan will hold a series of roadshows there tomorrow in support of Samajwadi Party's nominees.

After campaigning in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, it will be for the first time that the leaders of the newly-created front will participate in programmes outside the cow-belt.

North Indians in Maharashtra have been constantly facing the wrath of Raj Thackeray's Maharashtra Navnirman Sena, and SP had vehemently opposed MNS' attacks on north Indians last year.

SP chief Mulayam Singh Yadav, RJD president Lalu Prasad and LJP leader Ram Vilas Paswan will hold three roadshows in Mumbai South, Mumbai North and Mumbai North-West parliamentary constituencies, party sources said here.

SP general secretary Amar Singh, newly-appointed national general secretary and actor Sanjay Dutt, Bhojpuri singer and actor Manoj Tiwari, who is also SP's candidate from Gorakhpur (UP) and Rajya Sabha member Jaya Bachchan will also be present during the roadshows.

The Mulayam Singh-led party has fielded candidates in a number of Lok Sabha seats in the state after Congress refused to part with the Mumbai north-west seat where SP wanted to field its state unit chief Abu Asim Azmi.
