I hear this issue the most from India. Others have a slightly different attitude. There have been actions for example, in case of nine countries, the US and others agreed to adjust rules for TRIMs to give a longer period of time to implement. There are other issues.
There is a very large list that the US, the EU, Canada and Japan have said that they are willing to work on and take some steps.
