With the Advocate General of Orissa giving the green signal to approach the Supreme Court on the cancellation of Stage-II forest clearance for proposed bauxite mining at Niyamgiri hills, the ball now lies in the court of the state government to take appropriate action.
However, the state government is yet to take any decision on the matter.
