The All India Congress Committee (AICC) delegation visited riot hit Vadodara to review the situation. |
The five member delegation is headed by Manish Tewari, secretary of AICC will submit its report to Sonia Gandhi. |
Talking to media, Tewari, said, "Our main purpose to visit the city is to assist the Congress cadet in their efforts to help the riot victims and assist them in creating a conducive social environment." |

He further said apart from the report, he will directly brief Sonia Gandhi about the situation. |
The delegation include Sanjay Bafana, Avinash Pandey, Siddharth Patel and the minister of state for railways Narayan Rathwa. |
He further said the Congress has decided to provide assistance to injured people, families of those who lost their loved ones and business. |
