Air-India To Invest Rs 40 Crore To Spruce Up Image

Air-India will invest Rs 40 crore to soup up the interiors and improve services in its fleet of over 20 aircraft to refurbish its image. The airlines is also planning to expand its operations and is in talks with United Arab Emirates to obtain the fifth freedom rights, which will give it the right to use Dubai as a base to make longer haul flights including transatlantic ones from next year.
