Airtel Offers Voice Mail

Airtel today launched a voice mail service for its pre-paid Magic subscribers to stay connected even when the handset is switched off, busy or out of reach.

P H Rao, the MD of Bharti Mobinet, Chennai, said here the voice mail service would capture the caller's number even when the mobile was switched off and it woudl also facilatate storage capacity of 99 messages at any given time.

This value-added service offered by Airtel would have no additonal rentals but a fee of Rs.1.50 per minute would charged to the subscriber as a retrival charge.
