The government has imposed anti-dumping duties on the imports of Vitamin E from China and hexamine (a heating agent) from Iran to guard domestic players from cheap imports.
The duty on Vitamin E and hexamine, imposed by the Central Board of Excise and Customs, is $25 per kg and $107 per tonne, respectively, CBEC said in a notification.
