AP to pick pie in SPV for e-govt project

 The Delhi-based e-governance provider C1 India, today said that the e-procurement solution developed for the state government would soon be transferred to a special purpose vehicle.

 The new company, which is yet to be named, will have equal equity participation by the C1 India and AP government. The size of the equity is yet to be decided.

 Vivek Agarwal, president and chief operating officer of C1 India, said the e-procurement solution, that provided an IT face for the state
