Following the invitation by the Stanford University, chief minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy on Wednesday asked Chatterjee to participate in the event, officials said. Chatterjee has been heading the power utility for the past three years. |
In the international convention, she is expected to make a detailed presentation on the issues pertaining to reduction of transmission and distribution losses, strengthening of power supply system etc. |
It may be recalled that recently Crisil awarded the number one position to Andhra Pradesh in the country in terms of power sector performance. |
