APEDA invites bids to study ethnic food exports

The agricultural and processed Food Products Exports Developments Authority (APEDA) has invited bids for conducting a study on the export potential of Indian ethnic food products in the US and European countries. The bids can be submitted to APEDA latest by December 5.

The tentative scope of the study would cover global overview with specific focus on market analysis for US and Europe, major products segment, overview of each product, production, consumption, import-export trends.

The nodal agency for food exports set up under the Ministry of Food Processing Industries said in a statement,
