Asian indices undecided at open

Most of the Asian indices are undecided in the early trades this morning.

The Nikkei has gained 40 points at 15,045. The Hang Seng is up 15 points at 16,599.

The Shanghai Composite, Jakarta Composite, Seoul Composite, Straits Times and Taiwan Weighted indices are also almost flat at 1679, 1311, 1283, 2408 and 6383, respectively.

The All Ordinaries index, however, has slipped over 1% to 4896.
