Asian markets mostly up; Nikkei up 185pts

Asian markets have mostly posted gains in morning trades today.

The Hang Seng has moved up 82 points to 28,565. The Nikkei has rallied 185 points to 15,698.

The Taiwan Weighted index has surged 95 points to 8542. The Straits Times index has advanced 37 points to 3515, and the Seoul Composite index has added 29 points to 1907.

The Shanghai Composite index, however, has slipped 75 points to 4928.
