Asian markets rally in early trade

The Nikkei has rallied 152 points to 15,914. The Hang Seng has surged 133 points to 17,055.

The Straits Times and Seoul Composite indices have gained 1% each at 2454 and 1342, respectively. The All Ordinaries and Taiwan indices are also smartly up at 5028 and 6495, respectively.
