August 15: Rahul at Cong headquarters

Congress Party General Secretary Rahul Gandhi, a part of the four-member panel managing party affairs in Sonia Gandhi’s absence, is expected to be present during the flag-hoisting ceremony at the party headquarters on August 15. Rahul Gandhi, currently in the US with his mother, would be back in time to take part in the celebrations.
