JP Mobile, an enterprise mobility software provider, has won a Lotus Advisor editor's choice award for its SureWave Enterprise Server.
The product has been chosen for its effective features of Lotus Domino in a single platform supporting a variety of mobile devices including Palm, Pocket PC, Symbian and RIM, a release said.
Some of the contenders for the award included Extended Systems' XTND Connect Server, Pumatech's Enterprise Intellisync Server and Research In Motion's BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
SureWave provides secure and synchronised access to MS Exchange and Lotus Domino groupware as well as the ability to develop and deploy other applications beyond e-mail such as SAP, Siebel, Oracle and PeopleSoft. It also provides options like traditional cradle and wireless LAN.
