B'lore HC directs Pentair to stop disparaging ads

The Bangalore High Court has directed Pentair Water India not to issue advertisements disparaging UV water purifiers.

Eureka Forbes, marketers of Aqua Guard, had filed a case against Pentair Water in February saying it disparaged the Aqua Guard UV water purifiers and had secured a temporary injunction. Last month, this temporary injuction had been withdrawn to which Eureka Forbes had filed an appeal in the Bangalore High Court.
