Bengal To Add 1500mw Capacity

The West Bengal Government has drawn up a Rs 6,000 crore investment plan for expanding power generation capacity in the state by 1,500mw. These include a new 250mw unit at Santaldihi, a 250mw unit by Durgapur Projects Ltd and two 500mw units at Sagardighi.
