Bhagalpur train mishap: Death toll mounts to 35

 Prasad also ordered suspension of the deputy chief engineer (construction) and an assistant engineer of the railways posted at Bhagalpur supervising the dismantling of the 150-year-old overbridge, railway sources said.

 The Railway Minister said a criminal case would be lodged against those found guilty of negligence leading to the accident, they said.
