BJP camp office set ablaze before polls

Hours before the fourth phase polling began, a camp office and a helpline centre of BJP was set ablazed by unidentified miscreants at Bagbera in the outskirts of the steel city here.

The camp office and the helpline centre of the BJP candidate for Potka (Reserved) seat Menka Sardar was set on fire by unidentified miscreants late last night, President of East Singhbhum district BJP Chandrasekhar Mishra said today.

He said we have informed district administration verbally in this regard.

In an another incident, Congress candidate from Chakradharpur assembly seat, Sukhev Hembram accused JMM of distributing money in Karaikela area of West Singhbhum to woo voters even when the polling was on.
