Apart from frontline leaders like Atal Behari Vajpayee and L K Advani, the party's election managers say Sinha was the most in demand from the state units during the recent Lok Sabha elections.
But for the forthcoming Assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh, the Lucknow-based state leadership has not passed on the request to the central office to draw up Sinha's tour programme.
