Bsnl & #8217;S Revised Tariffs Too Challenged

The petitioner, who had filed a public interest (PIL) in the Kerala High Court and managed to obtain an interim order staying for a month the implementation of the BSNL's revised tariff for fixed telecom services, has now challenged the counter affidavit by BSNL and also the partial roll back of the of the increased tariff.
