Cabinet Clears Fund For Plantation Farmers

In a move to protect 342,000 small and marginal plantation farmers from sharp fluctuations in commodity prices, the Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs has cleared the creation of a fund for coffee, tea, rubber and tobacco growers.
