Cabinet okays renewable energy MoU with Canada

The Union Cabinet, in its meeting today, gave its approval to the agreement signed between the ministry of new and renewable energy and National Institute of Renewable Energy, University of Saskatchewan, Canada, for scientific and technological cooperation.
 
The MoU on Indo-Canadian Renewable Energy Cooperation was signed on March 28 in New Delhi. The MoU aims to strengthen cooperation in research, design and development of new and renewable energy technologies.
