Change in Bihar fetches Rs 2,000 crore `reward`

The change in the style of governance in Bihar has had its effect - not only do doctors of Indian origin in the US want to set up health facilities in Bihar, today, the country's apex cooperative bank Nabard announced it would invest Rs 2,000 crore in the state over the next three years. The reason? to reward change.
